Notice of Amendments to The Arc of Texas Master Pooled Trusts II and IV Trust and Joinder Agreements
Recent amendments have been made to The Arc of Texas Master Pooled Trusts II and IV Trust and Joinder Agreements. In accordance with the Social Security Administration’s (SSA) regulations regarding pooled trusts, these amendments were necessary to ensure continued compliance.
The amendments were submitted to SSA for their review and have been officially approved. As a result, the Trust remains an exempt asset. These changes do not impact the structure or the operation of the Trust.
